Bijaya Dashami ko Subhakamana

On the auspicious occasion of Bada Dashain, I would like to wish all the Nepalese in Nepal and away from Nepal a Happy Bijaya Dashami.

May this Dashain bring all the happiness, prosperity and a good health to all of the Nepalese. May I also take this opportunity to wish Nepal a stable and a strong government to be formed soon.
